When is the best time to use HGH? Again I’ve been told by some that morning is best, other days evening.

I’ve had some tell me to use it in the evening when cycling and morning on PCT.

Any truth behind these, or it’s ok to use at any point?

That's because this is a matter of preference. Others use it before going to sleep. Experiment and see what works best for oyu
