Just wanted to introduce myself! Endurance athlete, not body builder although do like the weights! Main sport is road cycling. now mid 40's.
Typically train on the bike 4 days a week totalling around 12 hours on my 'big' weeks and 4-6 on the lighter weeks. Also hit the gym /4 sessions a week.
always interested in reading about what others are doing and whether I can utilise any of that into my training.
