Hi all! I'm new to a lot of these supplements so am joined to hopefully get some good advice on how I should be using them/training, and possibly even contributing with what I find works/doesn't work. Been lifting for about 3 years casually, mostly functional strength for rugby union, hoping to cut down some fat  and get fitness up for 7s/touch this summer and then bulk up ready for the new season in autumn.
