Yeah it was long. In case you missed I did say I read it somewhere else lol. I thought it was a good read and thought I would share.
Over Training is OVER discussed Meaning if You are eating and sleeping enough it is very hard to overtrain.In a calorie restriction it is something to watch for
I also believe everybody is different. What is over training for you may not be over training for someone else. CT Fletcher says there is no such thing as over training. Do you believe this statement to be true? I always worked out with the impression to hit it and give your muscles time to recover. CT Stated he worked out arms 365 days a year, and he has some big ass arms.
I'm going to ask that question under the training thread
Have different genetic capabilities and age does have something to do with it also.But over training is generally caused by under eating or not getting enough sleep.I personally have been doing 2 days on 1 day off because of my calorie deficit I will start feeling run down.That is just me but again if your in a calorie surplus and resting right Over training will be Much harder to do.
Good read...I think a lot of guys overtrain while natty. I know I dial back my routines when off even cruising. I've read and watched videos wheree DorianYates is a big advocate of not overtraining. He also says decline is the best and safest overall bench press.
