Hey, Brothers-in-Arms -

I was just inspired by this freight train of knowledge and am taking this approach, beginning tomorrow, to my training. I like to change it up every three months or so to break plateaus and keep from becoming stagnant and too comfortable as we all know we should/must if we want to reap any real reward or experience any real success.
