hello MG fam ,i reside in FL, the TRT capital of the usa..... the question thats bothering me is i see alot of men on TRT and some on rather high doses but the issue i have is they only do it for the so called sexual benefits and thats great for them.....however these men have no fitness or cardio regimen in the mix, what im asking is what would the long term sides be of TRT without any fitness-diet-overall changes in lifestyle be? EXAMPLE i met a guy last week we were talking about his TRT and his progress over 6 months.....now this man claimed hes gained 27 pounds without and fitness-diet changes and i am asking b/c he appeared to be in damn good shape, he was 41 with a current weight of 206....
