OK brothers, here's what is up. I get asked questions about fitness diet supps everything every single day from work to the grocery store etc wherever I go. It comes with the territory and I actually encourage it and accept it with honor.
I have decided to keep the forum moving by posting some of the questions I get through the day and how I responded and want you guys to jump in with advice as well so we can all learn and possibly teach those passing thru looking for advice even on some of the simple subjects that WE may consider common sense. I've come to learn that people sometimes have absolutely NO IDEA about shit when it comes to fitness and everything surrounding it.
