Late 30's ex-gym rat trying to pull it back together

Hi everyone,

I am returning to the fitness lifestyle and trying to build up my foundation again. I was injured pretty badly @ 19 and then my gym time waxed and waned in my 20's. I got into a long term relationship and it definitely got a little on the tragically comfortable side for a while. I just got my blood tests done from Marek Health and Labcorp drew all my blood til I was post vampire haha. 14 vials later I'm trying to get my diet and focus back on track. I love the gym, being active, and have really missed to some degree being single and having more time and opportunity. Look forward to sharing experiences with you guys. I'm about to start looking into TRT and diet changes as my tests say I'm Cartman and I need to fix it asap.

I'm coming from a similar situation brother. Was jacked in my 20s, got hurt and made terrible life choices due to a toxic relationship. Finally got back on track almost 2 years ago now.
Just focus on yourself and what makes you happy.
