if you just want pure strength and can only use one, do halo. If u want some muscle gain and fat loss mtren. Imo nothing changes your body composition as fast as mtren. Visible difference in 2 weeks as long as diet and training dialed in. Run tudca with either, however. Both heavy on liver toxicity
