Like I said high test is a myth ,we all know diet dictates ,size ,and I'm telling you even high test ,,I'm dry ,dry as can be ,,I'm up 20lb lean muscle ,while loosing bf . my bench has increased 50 lb ,which with my injures and a lot of you know me due to rotor cuff ,tendonitis ,etc. My max bench never exceeded 265 ,,I'm starting week 6 ,I'm breaking and putting up 315 like nothing ,,sides 0,, no sides ,, no pip ,, no problem pinning ed ,, ran into a few personal set backs like my foot and lack of workout time ,,but I adjusted went to a power lift routine ,, witch I'm still staying ripped and DRY ,,and a few days off for foot back at it today
