Tren a 75 mg ed prop75 mg ed ,,aromansin 12.5 EOD ,now and then a throw a extra dose in if needed ,,  prov. 50 mg ed , caber .5 e3d 


Like I said high test is a myth ,we all know diet dictates ,size ,and I'm telling you even high test ,,I'm dry ,dry as can be ,,I'm up 20lb lean muscle ,while loosing bf . my bench has increased 50 lb ,which with my injures and a lot of you know me due to rotor cuff ,tendonitis ,etc. My max bench never exceeded 265 ,,I'm starting week 6 ,I'm breaking and putting up 315 like nothing ,,sides 0,, no sides ,, no pip ,, no problem pinning ed ,, ran into a few personal set backs like my foot and lack of workout time ,,but I adjusted went to a power lift routine ,, witch I'm still staying ripped and DRY ,,and a few days off for foot back at it today 


Cycle has been the most productive ,and over all enjoyable ,,I'm like a pornstar ,problem its up all the time ,,and when giving a estimate it gets ,a little funny lmao ..

20 lb ,,started 190 ,,now remember when I came off cycle I was what 200 205 ,,, so I started cycle 190 I'm now 210 ,, weather you call 10 lb muscle memory or what ,don't matter ,,Jim the heaviest I ever been and I'm loosing fat ,, I haven't touched a weight in 3 days due to my foot and no sleep I'll post pic this weekend ,,tell me ??? So basicly ,,yes the first 10 lb came on the first few weeks ,,because I had it ,, so we will call it ,,10 new lb of lean muscle ,, kwim ,,its not 20 knew lb ,,but I still put 20 lb on since beginning ,,and I'm completely dry so I have 0 water

heaviest you've been I don't doubt that what I do doubt is the LEAN muscle lol. you have water and fat weight mixed in there for sure. gaining 20lbs of LEAN muscle is very very difficult.

I'll call it 10 for the sake of argument ,let's say I'm up 20 lb ,,from start of cycle ,,I have to break out the caliper and calculate the bf

I guess maybe it isn't lean muscle ,,I just calculated my bf and I'm at 10.08. My weight is 210 ,,waste 32,,wrist 7 in ,hips 37,,forearm 13 so I really didn't drop much body fat ,,and I started cycle at 190,, and usually we get our cycle weight back quick so there's 200 ,205 ,,, but so what I put 5 , so I guess I phrased it wrong I put 20 lb on guess that's better ,, ty   at least I get my cycle weight back quick ,,one thing that absolutely got better is my bench that's amazing ,now maybe I always had it in me ,,and I just needed a since of security to pit up 315 ,,but what ever it is ,,I'm :)))) and now that I'm pinching the back and not flaring arms and getting a good arch and set ,,let's see where that goes thanks for advice

yeah man I wasn't intending to be a dick but almost nobody except maybe someone brand new to training gains 20lbs of lean body mass....................and if by some miracle you did.......shit I need whatever your taking lol
