I didn't see the post, but there is so much info that contradicts each other on this subject I don't know what to believe. However I lean towards the theory that if your lifting heavy enough that no matter the reps you're using all fibers. Like your 405 x 3 bench video. I can confidently assume you're using slow, medium, and fast twitch fibers to complete the lift.
