And I really do mean Thank You All for the contributions you all have made in my life. Since arriving here at MG, I have grown in so many ways beyond just growing muscle. I have learned so much from each of you individually, and collectively with respect to diet, training and gear, which are the obvious topics, but more importantly about life and how to live it with more attention, love, patience and thoughtfulness; I am still learning, which makes it even more interesting and meaningful. I've made important lifestyle changes with the support I found and received here, and I truly cherish each and every one of you. With that, let's keep on truckin'!
