I am a 44-215-6', 38 waist, and 17 1/2 neck, and a gut. I 

desire more muscle definition, more strength, six pack, and stronger legs. I know absolutely nothing about enhancements. I work out 3/4 times a week and my diet is good. I wad 252 a year ago. I tried no 360 and M1-bol sadly no help. Interested in oral. Please help....

No oral only brother. You're gonna have to get over your fear of needles. Testosterone is the base for any cycle you run.

X2 with dolf as far a losing the gut I was 320lb three years ago diet diet diet is the key to weight loas I got down to 240 with it and all the way down to 205 with p 90x  try some hit training  it does wonders if you can survive it

X2 outlaw...diet is #1 and HIIT training with diet will definitely help you shed fat regardless of your bf%.
