Recently my gym 'World Gym' closed for good . It was a good gym . So I did my routine at Planet Fitness . its a decent gym to be in and out in the mornings .
Ultimately its full of kids taking pictures and not many free weights . I did a couple of free trails at a couple of decent gyms. reason i picked this gym is because there are tons of free weights ,powerlifting section and of course cardio. lots of big dudes and nice looking chicks ,,lol
i do a lot better in a competative environment where the guys next to me are at the same level or above me.
Monday after my blood work i will start my blast. 16 week
600 test c a week
500 deca a week
150 nPP eod for first 8 weeks
d-ball at 40mg a day for 4-6 weeks depending on my blood pressure
hGH at 5ius a day
Igf1lr3 60-80 mcg a day for 6 weeks
I might up the test to 750 a week depending how the nandrolone effects me
currently Im at 206lbs at 5 11"and have almost no body fat at all . I have veins on my shoulders ,arms and legs
Any suggestions ?
