I don’t where to start. Been working out off and on for years. Two and a half years ago I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I was drinking eating like shit and then my best friend died suddenly. My drinking took a turn from heavy to very heavy to say the least. I started working out again two years ago. But was still drinking a lot. I was 370. I was definitely gaining muscle that first year but the fat wasn’t coming off until I really started tracking calories, macros, micros and honing in my diet. I don’t drink anymore haven’t in over a year now. I recently stopped all diabetes meds and no longer am type 2. Got on TRT for the last year. Down from 350 in September to 290 now. I’m 6’2” and 44 years old. I train 2 hours every day six days a week. I d like to be around 230 to 220. Wanting to take things to the next level, I bought something online. Can I talk about all that? I’m not sure about the source but the reviews seemed good. But it’s frozen. It’s still frozen at 50 degrees. Can I speak openly about it? Anyway I just ordered something similar from a source that was highly recommended. Any advice would be appreciated.

yes, you can openly speak about products and what you purchased, how to use and so on. the only rule here (seemingly) is not to talk openly about sources.
btw: reversing type 2 diabetes is a hell lot of a work, exactly as it is to completely stop drinking for over a year after chronic heavy drinking. you are worth admiring! congrats! while there may still be a lot of work to do, you've surely done a lot! congrats!
 
Thanks much appreciated. I bought sus 500 and from what i can find it it supposed to be stored at around 70 degrees. I unthawed it submerged in hot water. It refroze. My house won’t be that warm for at least another month. My source is on here but no reviews. Has good reviews elsewhere. I did sus 250 years ago and figured I’d do a ten week trial w 500. The fact that it’s frozen is messing with me. Info says as long as it’s clear and not cloudy and it was. Just looking to see if anyone knows more about it. I’d really like to see what people know about the source as well.

Yeah I just ordered 250 on a very well rated source here. Unfortunately I think I got beat but can’t find a lot info on the 500 either.
Yeah I've never seen gear freeze at 50°
and why is your house that cold? You live in Alaska with no heat or something?
 
No Massachusetts and heat pump on forced hot water to my upstairs broke, getting it fixed but honestly like it that cold. Anyway I’m guessing on temperature but still it’s at least 60 and it unthawed in hot water again and is frozen again today. Can I post a pic here?
 
I’m gonna have to wait to get home later to post a pic because I’m on my phone at work and it’s not uploading, says security error. I emailed EUP to ask if the source was reliable anlong with a pic and they confirmed that the source is reliable. They sent me a link to a forum on anabolicsteroids. It basically says put it in boiling hot water in a pot on the stove. I’m still very skeptical on this but moving forward I will certainly take your advice and wont be ordering anything in January again.Probably just stick to sus 250 from now on and then a TRT cypionate cruze later. Not a lot of info that I can find about sus 500. It has one more test than 250. Thank you for taking the time to respond, I appreciate it. People have busy lives as do I and it is a pretty cool thing that a complete stranger would help me.

regardless if it's sus 250 or 500, it definitely should freeze in your house, lol. unless you're living in alaska with no heat as gainz said, lol.
btw, I don't really recommend sus 500 anyway, that high amount can be painful. stick to lower concentrations (up to 300mg/ml) and stick to trustworthy sources
 
Yeah I kinda jumped the gun on that thinking it was a newer better sus 250. I’m gonna go sus 250 and probably go around 200 mg a week at my peak w that and cypionate when I’m done. Man there’s so much out there. Sarms peptides etc. I’ll be looking for some advice once I get everything. Thanks for the advice

I've had the same thing happen to me about 15 yrs ago. My stuff would crash at times . Usually I would reheat it to 220 degrees ,sometimes add just a tiny bit of BA ,not too much because it would be painful .So it looked crystalized and cloudy until that process. Ultimately it was the real deal .

First of all Notorious, welcome to the group. I am a type 2 diabetic. Low dose of Metformin and diet keep me straight. Man, losing weight will help big time with diabetes. It did for me. I am older in my mid sixties and still love workin out. Don't power lift any more, but maintain a nice, easy workout. No damage to my joints. I'm on trt, too. 250 test cyp a week and 200 mast a week. Hit a little dbol, too. Keeping my weight in line and eating pretty good. Now I have more of a lean look than bulky look. I feel better being about 80lbs lighter and more energy. Lots of great folks and info on this site. Get a good, reliable supplier. Best of luck and keep it goin
 
Thank you all for the support. The frozen Sustanon 500 is getting pushed back in the drawer and will probably go in the trash. Sorry I haven’t been back in a while. I no longer need diabetes meds (Metformin). Dropped from 370 to 290. I’m 6’2”. Pretty stocky been working out my whole life with periods of being really fucked up for years. Any way got clean and sober a few years ago. I’ve put myself through hell with drinking amongst other substances. Starting working out again a few years ago along with test cyp for past 2 years. Feeling pretty good. So here it it goes: I work a fairly physical job as a landscaper get plenty of steps in from now until winter(10to15k). I lift six days a week on a rotation of chest/tris, back/ bi, shoulders/ traps, legs/abs, repeat. Every workout is followed by 8 miles in 30 minutes on the bike. I usually only take Saturdays off. Diet is typically a hulk load in the morning (kale, garlic, ginger, celery, pineapple, cucumber, banana, and coconut water. This makes a full blender and about 8 servings). I take tumeric and ginseng. Coffee and a little half and half. Smarter greens vitamin chews, omega 3s and zinc w vitamin c. Premier protein 30mg protein drink twice a day one in morning, one post workout except post workout I add collagen peptides. This adds 20 mg protein. Metamucil about late morning. Nitric oxide(arginine) and pre workout ( bucked up) and 3 servings of creatine HCL about 30 min before gym.Post workout meal is usually about a pound of chicken or lean beef with sweet potato and Brussel sprouts, or broccoli with brown rice, lettuce mix with egg noodles. Or any combination of the meat, carb and veggies. I take bcaa’s before meal. Frozen kind bars and whole milk at night to satisfy my sweet tooth. I try to stay around 2800 calories and 250 mg protein. 250 probably my goal weight and I really only care about the weight because my feet hurt a lot. Have psoriatic arthritis. Otherwise my pants are falling off me. People are usually surprised about how much I weigh. Big legs. About a gallon of water a day. Am currently taking 100 mg/.5 ml of test cyp about every 4 days but I’ve worked my way up to this for about a month. I will go back to 100 mg/.5ml a week soon. I’m prescribed 150mg/.75 ml every other week. I stockpiled for a while to do this. My last blood test was around 600 for test but that was after me taking a month off of test cyp. I took a 100 mg/.5 ml a week before the test. Doctor wanted bloodwork done on off weeks. I obviously play with the dosage, but he doesn’t know that. So I just got some Sustanon 250 mg/ml (10 ml bottles) from highly recommended source on this forum. I am thinking about .5 ml every 4 days for about 10 weeks. Then back to test cyp 100mg/.5 ml a week cruise. What are your thoughts? BTW sorry for the insanely long post but am trying to get the most out of it by giving as much information as possible. Estrogen blocker on Sustanon? Winstrol?

you can go for 0.5 ml every 4 days of sustanon 250 mg/ml for 10 weeks. Not an insanely strong cycle, but with a proper diet and workout, you can get good results. estrogen blocker depends on how you respond. regardless if we talk about sustanon or any other steroid. Just have some aromasin/arimidex handy and watch out for estrogenic side effects.
as for whether you want to add winstrol or not, it depends on your goals, and previous expreince with steroids. you might add it, but be careful. the more steroids you use, they more effective but the more dangerous they are.
 
Thank you for your response. Much appreciated. As far as winstrol goes never took it. I’d like to be more cut but the research I’ve done so far I’m skeptical. I’m 44 and don’t want any unnecessary complications. I’m gonna keep with hard work and diet for now. Definitely taking the Sustanon though, I know a lot people like to take crazy amounts but I haven’t done it in years. Just cypionate recently.
