Just joined the forum. Glad to be amongst like minded brothers. Currently 16 weeks out from my first show PCA first timers BB. Nice to meet you all.

Thanks for the compliment mate. Key to back training is to keep your chest pushed out when doing any pulls and imagine pulling with your elbows, not your hands. Use wrist straps whenever possible to isolate the back muscle more, and concentrate hard on mind/muscle connection. Study the form of top pros to see how they connect with their back and try to do it yourself. Focus on vertical pulls to build width and horizontal pulls to build thickness and cover off a variety of angles. Hip hinge variations and heavy squatting will also help build overall back strength. And don't forget your delts and especially rear delts.

Having said that I have lots and lots of improvement I want to build for my back, but thanks for the compliment anyway!! 👍
