Welcome to mg. I heard something funny in the gym from a douche before I set up my own equipment. He was the guy giving advice to people that didn't ask. He said " if you want to get big eat a lot of oats, horses eat oats and look how big they are!" That is apparently the cure for hard gainers, eat like a horse....literally. that dumb asshole is why I left the gym.
