looking to get some advice on how to get started on my first cycle
First off , let me just tell you that I am not sure about my stats, but I can tell you that I use to be fit, currently overweight with beer but, haven’t done much exercise beside “construction” work and a balanced eating schedule and light work outs.. the partying got to me and now I’m done I’m ready to get back to where I use to be, but now it’s gotten so hard to try and push my selfFirst of all, let us all know what are your stats and what is your experience as an athlete?
What would you like to know ? Whatever you need ! I can use the advice for sureHello, yes, we need some more information about you before we could actually offer some more information.
Totally agree with the comments about beer. And the other thingsBeer is the anti... looking good feeling good! Beer contains phytoestrogen and prolactin. High levels of estrogen can cause excessive water retention, man boobs and put you in a shitty mood.
I highly recommend quitting the beer brother!
My advice is to develop a solid workout routine and diet. Stick to it. If you're looking to lose weight, stay between 1,800-2,200 calories a day. 200g of protein. Drink as much water as you can possibly can. A gallon a day if possible. Cut out all other sugar drinks. Exercise moderate... not overkill, but moderate for 1 hour 4 days a week. Do this for 2 months. I can guarantee you that you will lose at least 15lbs, if not more.
If you can stick to that and lose the weight, then we can talk about getting on gear.
I really recommend doing this before jumping on gear. Because if you get on gear and don't change your lifestyle... it will only hurt you. You'll retain more water, your estrogen will most likely spike and you'll be either growing boobs, or taking adex like skittles.
Gear can be the greatest tool available, but its only a tool. It doesn't drive you to the gym, it doesn't pick up the weight, it doesn't smack that chocolate cake out of your hand.
If you're serious about getting in shape, there's a bunch of really good people here that want to help.
Well said G! The gear is something that you should start, when you can not to handle it yourself and in need of a boost for your body.Beer is the anti... looking good feeling good! That’s what’s up, and honestly bro I am the same . I just got out of horrible company i worked 7 days a week for 12 hours plus, for 2 years. I picked up a bad drinking habit and was just eating out everyday after work, it was a stressful environment and I guess alcohol helped me deal with it… but I want to make a change and I want to use gear to kinda speed up the process. Currently only drinking on weekends if something is going on… diet is pretty much like yours now that I am staying at home things have changed and being a fat drunk isn’t what I want my daughters to remember me as.One more thing, just because I didn’t count calories or weight everything is because I don’t compete with anyone. I can go to 260 or take it down to 205. Right now I have a bet with someone at work to get to 200 first. I’m on gear so it will be so easier for me than for him.
But I’m not cheating because he knows I’m enhanced. When I started I was a fat out of shape fuck and I used my fitness pal and it worked great for me. But I know my body so well now and know how good or bad food effects it.

Any chance of getting advice on work outs or routines.
