Hey I’m of course new here however not new to the gym. I’ve been working out 12 years off and on. I’m more serious about the gym now than ever before and it shows. I live in the gym mentally, physically and spiritually lol so I decided To join a comminity where others do to. Also would like to share some knowledge I have on training, diets, and sources I’ve used (the good and the bad). That is all. Thanks.
