Food for thought Dolf and by all means this list will help so many, all these things I learnt just by reading ALOT!

My addition would be ester abbreviations and some more common gear ones, You know them obv so I'll let you add what you deem fit, but things like PROP, or TPROP, NPP, PP, ACE, BOLD, DECA etc and one common oral maybe WINNY, WIN or STANZ

I just know when I started out and read a thread that said PROP, ACE, MAST cycle I was fucking lost lol!

That's a strange question to ask when you haven't even made an introduction. Free sample of what?? Let's see here, I have some eggs, and some potatoes you can have, the potatoes might be a little green but send me your info and you can have some but you'll have to pay for shipping and the time I spend at the post office. I charge double time for favors to people I don't know. But, it'll be well worth it.
