Hey guys, here is my recipe for my favorite cookies since i hate eating oats just as is, im doing it once a week for 5 days so the numbers are for 5 servings (i make it 2 cookies per serving )
450gr 100% large flake oats
450ml water
3 scoops of whey protein or casein
1 tbsp of steevia sweetener
3 eggs
(you can add stuff like cacao,nuts etc if you'd like to)
I prefer to mix the protein,sweetener in water and then to add the mix to the oats and to put 3 eggs at the end.
mix all together untill you getting a mass , divide to a portions as you wish and put it to the oven to 45 min and 200 degrees c or 395 degrees f.
Each portion approximately is :
480 calories
10 fat
63 carbs
30 protein
