Honestly, I can't advise you on anything without knowing your goal, body comp, activity level, experience with steroids, time lifting and that kind of thing.
16% 6ft 1 16 stone. train at least 5days a week some 6 mainly strength week then a hypertrophy week. 4/5 meals a days and all the usual supps shakes etc.
goals are to gains as much mass as possible for the next year or so, currently cruising atm i ran 28 weeks of test e i’ll be back on towards end of year.
