PCT questions

I'm going to start taking test e 300. 1ml a week. Generally speaking, would 1 arimidex a week be just fine? I've cycled twice before and just tried using pct once before but never really fine tuned it. Is there a general practice to start with. I should also say I'd like to stack my test with var, second week in.

You don't use adex as a PCT.
Use nolva 3 weeks after your last injection and run it for 4 weeks.

better split 0.5 ml x2 per week for maximum blood stability
For PCT, better go for Nolvadex/Clomid.
For both PCT and cycle, Arimidex should go only as needed. 1 arimidex a week can be just fine, not enough, or too much. It depends on your symptoms and E2 levels which is very individual

Well... You don't "PCT" during a cycle brother.
PCT stands for "Post cycle therapy"
But you can use Nova or adex for sore titties.
Lots of people like nolva over adex because it's not as intense and isn't as likely to crash your e2 if you get carried away
