Posting Product Pictures

Everybody in the "real world" says I'm too hard on myself.. I need to take a better look at that.. I just want to be the best I can be, And then get better... Calm, Thank you for all your support all the time. You know I love and support you.

I still see pictures being added to "gear" with no review attached.  If I buy some goods and choose "add" then select gear, I can add this picture with a caption.  Then it appears in the "Product Pictures" or/gear-pics.

Is this what the rules are saying should NOT be done?  I am guilty of doing it once, but i stopped when i read this. Now I see it happening often too, even with long time members.  

Could someone clarify?

Gear pics have to be added to the gear pic section. In the drop down select gear pics
