prepping for a photo shoot

I wasn't sure where to post this,  but I am about 4 weeks out from a sorta fitness photo shoot.

I've been doing this transformation program for about a year, and while my results haven't been amazing,  I would like to document them.

Any experience with this?  Any tips training /diet / whatever for the next 4 weeks?

If I was you I would just get a book and keep log and in a few months time if you don't feel and see any different do some modification to your log
