By far , my least favorite !!!! Havnt done pecs yet but I hate quads , the right not so bad , but the left , I can feel all oil being  .  Pushed in the syringe moves a mm , I feel it , ahhh , now after I really get no pip , im use to it that way , a little sore I get , just the act of pinning , just pinned 3ml and bitched and ahhed the whole time

I started my first few cycles pinning quads only. Its all I knew. I guess that's why its so easy for me. I started pinning pecs recently, and I didn't like it at all the first time. The second was a little better, and now I like it. Its almost as easy to access as the quads are.
