Re Ship Policy

I was hoping to get peoples opinion on the situation I find myself in regarding a sources re ship policy.
Firstly, it must be said that I am new to this and have made some mistakes, secondly, I live in a country with a very tight boarder force.
That said, all of the above was known to the source before anything was sent.
I made one smallish order. And it arrived.
I then made another order, closely followed by the third. I made the last two orders seperate to make the packages smaller and paid seperate delivery for both.
Delivery number two was seized and a photo sent too the source who said I was untitled to 1 x Re ship. I told them I had another order coming and I’ll wait to see what happens there before I re order.
Sure enough, delivery two was seized.
Now the source is still saying 1 x Re ship per order but is saying the third order was my re ship.
Surely that’s not right?
The boarder is tight here, it was the same address ( but everything seemed ok when I made orders) and I understand it’s not their fault.
I do have other addresses I could use but maybe it’s best to forget it.
Interested to hear what you guys think.

I am a source myself so I can understand this policy. Sending items to a country with tight customs is quite a risk. So they offered you 2 reships. but they can't send items indefinitely... Just my opinion

If I'm reading his post correctly he made three separate purchases, which was then shipped on three separate occasions. If this is true then none of those orders should he considered a reship. A true reship should be paid for by the source not the buyer.

Sounds like the source either isn't understanding or is trying to get out of doing a reship. All you can do is try explaining the situation in clear detail and hope they understand. You have had a rough time trying to get things sorted man, it sucks.
