Once agion you seen the subject , I want to hear your theories , and why

myself I dont beleive the ester dictates the outcome , I beleive its all diet dependent .. you eat to bulk you bulk , you diet to cut you cut .

Whats your opions , and why ???

Hmmm ok well only real reason Id say is bulking is a longer process, or should I say slower that youd notice the change. If your cut is going right you'll know it quickly, and if its going wrong you'll loose it quickly .  With that reasoning in mind a short estered cycle would be quicker to respond to changes should you need it. Follow ?   So Im bulking and just putting on mass every week, yeah I'll just keep my dose the same. But lets say Im cutting and Im just not getting as hard or dry as I needed then Id want to adjust my dose and have it change quick.

  Kinda make sense ?

If a person is all the time to eat a lot of fats and sugars is no short ester, grow hormone, thyroid hormones will not help him to get hard muscles.
And if a person does not eat a lot of protein that is needed to build muscle, enough carbohydrates and fats that are needed for you to be able to train hard and well to recover , no longer esters, methanedienone, oxymetholone, growth hormones will not help build good muscle.
Therefore to achieve any purpose whether cutting whether bulking, primarily important thing is diet.

I totally agree it's all about diet. I personally like fast esters either way. I can play with the dosage along with my diet to dial it in and know what's going on weekly. i think its old science that certain compounds are for certain things sure some specific ones will help more than others but a person can get shredded on d-Bol. Also someone could get nothing out of winstrol as far as cutting goes. Id say it's 70%diet and 30% how you train for the goal. I've been in situations where I wasn't gaining a pound on test e and d-Bol I was eating like crazy but I also was training everyday for weeks as soon as I took a day off and had a de load week everything got back on track that's why I say it's 30% how you train. So diet, rest, and how you train are more important than what esters or compounds one is using... Just my opinion. Drugs don't make the body they are just an aid. But I'm sure this is old news to most of you.
