Hi i am Very confus about The Recovery sleeping needed and steroid difference recovery... I know and you Can find this info Everywhere in the internet That You NEED Minimum 7 hours of sleeping for you Muscle to Grow! But My Self when i am all Healthy and in good Shape I can't Sleep more then 5 or 6 hours don't ask me why i might be too exited to wake up and start the day again! So i am really worried about my Gains... and YES i plan on Taking Steroid the Question is~ Even Arnold said it Sleep 6 hours a Day ... But Will my Gain will Be good enough with The Steroid or do i really need at least 7 hours of sleep... Thanks for Help and answer~
