but seriously, pretty sure you're going to achieve your goals.
my recommendation: don't focus on definition when bulking. go for straight mass. eat like a pig. go for 210-220 lbs. you'll lose abs and definition, but then you'll cut, and get 205-210 lb of lean muscle.
