Hey there everyone, new to this site. Thought I would try it out and get familiar with new fitness gurus and see what's going on with updates, products, progress stats, pics and competition updates. Need reliable and trustworthy people for future supplies to further my personal progress. I do not compete, I only stay fit, pump iron for my own self satisfaction and to give myself and my family something to be proud of when they see my healthy eating habits and exercise regiment. I hope to meet new people on here to get advice, or give if needed. That's all for now.
