T3 dosage?

Looking at running some t3 and clen when I start my cycle to help me get lean before a clean bulk. I know the obvious and abs are made in the kitchen so to speak šŸ¤£

Well, if you do have enough experience and you know it all then you should also know that T3 dosage can be different from a person to another. You could start though with 12.5 mcg or maximum 25 mcg a day and then slowly increase up to about 75 mcg or absolute maximum 100 mcg/day (but I doubt you're going to need anything over 50-75mcg/day).
also, cycle should be 8-12 weeks. i don't recommend anything over 12 weeks because it may permanently suppress natural ability to produce T3. Moreover, at the end, you could slowly reduce dosage to avoid withdrawal symptoms
