Well done!!! Give us a little more info here, Monstro. Tell us a little more about his prep, diet, workout...and how do you work with your athletes? I ask, because every once in a while, we do get people asking for a coach and it would be nice to be able to recommend you, or another member. I didn't even know you were coaching. How long have you been doing this? I think it would be cool for this site to add an area where coaching could be advertised like Sources and other services.
