There is a velcro band(Zofore) you can buy on Amazon that goes around your forearm. I use it when I take winny & my joints flare up! When I get super lean I use it on both forearms! Thank god I'm in a bulking phase & it's non existant now. I feel your pain...
Keep your wrists straight when preforming pushdowns... Bending your wrist back towards your body on that movement has a tendency to flare up the elbow. When I started keeping my wrists straight it helped my elbow problems!
yeah its gotten allot better. im on deca now but it still flared up a little. i heard tb500 may help but rest is better for it. mines all better now. yea it messed up arm day for a couple of weeks
