I overlooked this one... oops. I'm just now getting acquainted with this oft unaddressed hormone. The puzzle is coming together, though I still wonder what the final picture will look like.

Here are two articles that may help understand the role leptin plays in dieting, and subsequently, metabolic Heath and performance. At this point, maintaining a healthy leptin balance will likely result in long term fat loss, and metabolic performance. It's evident to me that leptin sensitivity is just as important as insulin sensitivity, and even androgen sensitivity. I find it far out how our bodies are a metabolic machine, a conglomeration of chemical reactions. Enjoy the journey folks, it can be an exciting though complex adventure :)
