Got a bottle, no bigger than an energy drink bottle
It's like straight up rubbing alcohol, theres a FEW crystals in the bottom.
Is this the way it should look? and if this is an oral drink, why is it so small? or is it an injectable one?

Sounds to me like you got a vial of liquid/injectable winny that wasn't converted correctly. Don't drink it, don't inject it. Contact the source and let them know what's up. As an aside, do not mention the source in the forums. If the source is on mg, use that source's ask and discuss page. But, first use due diligence to contact the source directly, and attempt to have the problem corrected that way.
