I'm starting this thread in hopes to put together a comprehensive albeit general set of guidelines for using TNE as a pre-workout boost off cycle, or during trt cruise. So far, I've gathered that TNE oil based is preferable insofar as it had less pip, and for some, the taste that comes shortly after injection is welcomed (thinking of calm et. al. Lol!). The dosage seems to be between 75-100mgs 2-3 hours before training. Now, the question is how often, if ever, one should take an ai, and whether aro, adex, or both at different times. I've read that one should limit using TNE to more than 3 times per week. Any thoughts, and/or experiences are most welcomed. I know that some this info can be found in different threads, but my intention is to have it all in one place
Restatement of the questions to put this all together:
1. Oil or water
2. Dosage, timing, and frequency
3. Is it a good idea during trt/cruise
4. AI requirement; adex,aro; frequency and dosage
5. And of course experiences both positive and negative
