Hey folks
Just wanted to introduce maself. 28 years young gearing up for his comp this year. Have been training for a long ass time and its started to pay off physique wise. Currently 220lbs at 6'4 and 10% bodyfat. Hoping to keep up the good eating and cardio until comp day. Cheers once again guys
