I used to experience Vertigo and vomiting episodes. I chalked my dizziness/vertigo up to Hyperstress and anxiety from overthinking everything I did in an OCD like manner. From overworking myself at work to try to reach perfection. Therapy sessions helped me understand my stress and what I was doing to myself.
Obviously it could be many things but it was explained to me that I was ALWAYS on a full simmer and to boil over was just a slight flip of the switch. Blood flows like crazy through your brain. Chemistry starts to get thrown off balance after many years of stress.. Any of this sound Familiar Sieg???? : )
