Haven't logged on here in a very long time so thought I would drop a line and relieve introduce myself. 2015 was a crazy year for me but I'm back and big chillin now so I'll be around a but more. Stats: 34 years old 5'9" 213lbs 12%bf and currently on 1st cycle In year and feeling great. Here to help and learn to anybody willing to listen and I'm never above anyone's advice.....thanks fellas !
