34 years young LOL, lifting on and off since 15, now currently 7 years in being consent.  Only real breaks other than rest day is if I get hurt.  That has been awhile.  I like to switch up my style of lifting from time to time. From body building to Olympic lifts and conditioning training.  I train with body weight once to twice a week on the Olympic rings,  Mountain bike and run.  That's my style of working out.
