What's your favorite protein powder?

I'm trying to feed my body, not focused on losing weight, just making sure my body has protein.

Whatever is easiest on the gut is my preference.

Thanks

usually, that's the lactose-free one for most. but as with anything else, it could be a trial and error thing. so just go to your store and get whatever you think may work. then simply start noticing how it works for you and your gut

Carnivor by Musclemeds
Chocolate tastes like Swiss miss
Has creatine, aminos, etc
I just looked this one up, and I am making the switch based upon what I've seen you say about it and what I'm reading.
You are speaking of the beef based protein correct?
It's about 1/2 the price of what I have been getting and seems much superior.

I stick with whey isolate because it mixes easy and doesn't mess with my stomach. I usually toss it in with oats or a banana smoothie after training and it hits right.

I’ve been using Orgain or Gold Standard Whey-both are pretty easy on the stomach. If dairy bothers you, the plant-based ones like Vega or Ritual are solid too.

I usually stick with a basic whey isolate, but to keep costs down between big tubs, I mix in stuff like eggs, tuna, and lentils—good cheap protein sources that still help me hit my daily grams without blowing my budget. I’ve found that rotating these in keeps things balanced and gives me more flexibility with flavors and texture.

when analyzing the cost per gram of protein, there's nothing cheaper than protein powder.
in the end, eggs, tuna, lentils and chicken/turkey breasts are the bodybuilder's best friends (among others, of course)
