Avacado Butter
1 ripe avacado
1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed and drained again
Lemon Juice
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
1/8c MCT Oil (or any oil that you prefer)
Salt and Pepper
Throw it all in a food processor except for the oil. Pulse to combine, then put on constant cycle and drizzle in oil until it is a smooth consistency. Makes about 16oz.
