Hello, I kinda twisted my wrist outward today at the gym when I was trying to save the dumbbell falling from my knees while trying do some incline bench press. I can feel the pressure but It wasn't hurting me much so I wrapped my wrist pretty tight with the hand wrap and continue with the rest of my workout. I didn't feel any pain until I took the hand wrap off. Any suggestions? Should I use the ice pack or the heating pad to make it feels better?
