Your best workout advice...

Everyone needs advice once in a while, as some advice is worth remembering. If you were to give one piece of workout advice, what would it be?

Use the muscles your supposed to use for that lift, focus on using just them (don't cheat) and go slow and controlled.

Cheating on lifts only effects you so theres no point.

bump to CrazyMonkey answer, dont worry about how much weight your doing, concentrate on your form, dont let ego get in the way...at the end of the day, you will look better then the other guys that use too much weight.

consistency, playing the long game, proper nutrition and rest, a workout log with adequate routines, dont burn out on gear, you'll never maintain it when you eventually come off and you'll do yourself more harm than good in the long run....

Remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. Nothing is built over night.

AND DON'T DO HALF REPS!! Nobody gives a s#$t how much your lifting, lighten it up and do full contractions.
