Worked as expected. Used about 5 or 6 bottles total. Slightly painful, as prop tends to be. It's not too bad in the glute, but in the shoulders, it can be. I kind of feel like your body gets used to it, because they don't hurt nearly as much as they did when I first started. I eventually worked my way up to 1000mg per week, and made considerable gains. Some water, but nothing crazy. I trust Dragon Pharma as a brand.
