More surface area on the plunger and end going into the needle would be my guess. That extra surface area makes it harder to push the same volume and squeeze it from the larger diameter column to that small opening in the needle

If I had to take a guess at what your problem is I would have to say its the same thing mine is...just don't do the whole going with the norm, don't really follow directions, and prefer blazing your own path. I think the whole crew is like that tho!! Probably why we are all so tight...for once we can blaze our own trail and have some company while we do it!!

do you have pain shooting down into either leg or butt cheek ? feet burning or numb ? If it is disc related X-rays will not show much you have to get mri which sucks if you could stand it go to the Chiro first and let him adjust you  and shock therapy  see if it helps I have 4 bad discs and I feel your pain bro sucks not to be able to do normal stuff
