The quality of MGF is equal to others' suppliers I used to use, so I was not disappointed at all with the pump feeling using this MGF (same pump as I am used to).

I have been using 20 mcg per biceps once a week during six months, I only can say that my biceps soreness lasted only during the day after trainning, therefore the recovery effect is very important indepedently of the anabolic effect. Undoubtly the anabolic effect is positive as well, my biceps has increased after this 6 months and now I can pull more pounds per arm than 6 months ago.
