I have to post one more time and ask "why the long shipping delays?". Hundreds of orders or we dropped the ball is not an explanation. My wife process over 20K+ orders per year by HERSELF and some weekends over 800 and she has a 99% one day handling record for the past four years. It is much easier and cost effective to keep a customer instead of always looking for new ones. As of right now I pretty dissatisfied with the customer experience. If this is going to be your standard turn around time in the future you need to make this clear from the start because what is stated through order communications is not the reality of what is happening. I find your lack of communication and participation on your A&D page a bit disrespectful and appears to be an attempt to invalidate the concerns.

Brother, what long shipping delays?  I reached out to vets on here about free samples 4 to be exact . One guy took longer to get his info to me and shipper did mess up and not send his . But we did not just open up have been on other boards and don't have long shipping delays . Have you placed an order ? I don't believe so . Anytime anyone has reached out to me it's been taken care of . Why do you continue to talk shit? I didn't reach out to you for anything as you haven't me ?

i did a little researching into this the last day or two. , and i have your answer below ,,  dutch is basicly running this on his own. ...the only reason i know this pain is im living it with my 2 vussiness blacktop/concrete. i depend on ppl.  and have faith and i think they will handle it and then all of a sudden i get 4 calls one day that ,,noone has been here ect ...so i need to be on top of everything. ppl i hired are no good.  ....whos fault is that. mine. ,,, just like dutch he trusted ppl. and they fell tru. ..and now hes stuck holding the ball :(((  

i actually gave him.a little push last night and he explained the sisuiation posted below. ..

bussiness is not easy , but we are all human. and sometimes we jump the gun and think we have all bases covered and we put our trust into a foreman , or supervisor. and.  BANG.  THEY FALL TRU. and whats left is im stuck working 16 hours a day , in 95 degree heat with 90% humidity.  but i do it and please. ..well dutch is in my position. now. ,,, but im sure if we all extend a little patients. dutch will make this all right , and make it worth the wait. .... 

im a peace maker here. , all im saying is. IT FUCKING BLOWS WHEN YOU THINK YOUR TOP GUY WHO YOUR PAYING 2K A WEEK GOT EVERYTHING COVERED. SO YOU MOVE FORWARD. AND THEN FIND OUT. THIS GUY DIDNT DO SHIT AND NOW IM STUCK DELIVERING.  ALONE. 

dutch. you can only rely on you my friend. , and let me suggest. ...this is what i have done. i dropped jobs. , and i concentrate on whats in front of me. ...and its a loss of alot of profit.  but my customers are happy.  and i took a tonof stress off my self.  ..maybe slow down dutch catch up.  , and later make up for the loss. kwim.  .

all im saying here is im a bussiness owner and we all want to go bigger. , but when the ones we trust fuck it all up. were left holding the bag dutch. ..so for me. i do what i could do.   hopefully this smoothes this sisuoation over a little and the owner sees my views.  and the customer can understand that.,, this isnt on purpose.  ...

just trying to keepit real bros.

Excuse me sir - You better double check your orders from Sergio because I am a paying customer. My order was placed and PAID IN FULL a week ago and still has not shipped. Is that shit to you? You have some communication problems from your order intake to your order processing to the end customer. Plain and simple. What would you do if you were in my position? Automated emails specifically state the order will ship within 2-3 days of payment confirmation. So please explain to me where I am wrong in with my concerns and question?

"Dear Customer,

We are right now Fulfilling your order.

This means our team is working on preparing your package and putting the order together for you. This step can take 2-3 days, as we are working in safe conditions and we have a lot of clients in our list. We make sure you are always being notified by our services for each step of your order, and we will send you a seperate email to confirm you when your order has been shipped out."

Now if you are having order processing problems or delays I can accept that but without communication it makes it VERY hard to have a trusting relationship. It is not my responsibility to contact you and ask if there is a shipping delay with my order is it? I would think that is your responsibility to contact your customers, right? Siegmund provided a perfectly good explanation but I just don't understand why you could did not do this yourself here on the A&D. BTW Thank you Siegmund for stepping in and providing an explanation of what is going on with this source.

im out of it now dutch , but the statement below you made.THAT I POSTED  , tells me. your in my position. , you hired a guy to handle the processing.  he bailed or fell tru.  , I KNOW MY LIFE STORY. ,  i think things are handled and there not. ..

but unfortantly. me as a bussines owner , and your self as one. , we both know were only as good as our help. ..

ig always comes back to me. , the customers call noone showed up , or i didnt get what i was supposed to ect ...i feel you .... but you have angry and frustrated customers , as i do.  and even tho it is not indirectly my fault. i own it ...:((( and i have to eat it. , as do you dutch.  ... kwim.  thats why i down graded.  money is great. but i want happy clients. , happy clients bring more work.  and happy clients even more.  the big payday will have to wait. kwim.  

unless someone actually.owns a bussiness you wouldnt understand what im saying.  ..but.i personally garantee. i talked to dutch all will get.there product.

I am not trying to bash you or your company. I am only stating the facts as they have happened to me on my very first order with your company. I contacted you on your website before placing my order. I asked how long it would take to receive my order once payment was confirmed and here is the reply that I received - "Usually client can count anywhere from 3 to 5 days to get their order once they have placed their payment". As you can see my expectations concerning delivery was set by your own customer service agent. My payment was sent the preferred easiest and fastest way possible a week ago and I have yet to receive an email that the order has shipped. This might be an isolated incident but that does not change that there is a delay in the shipping based on the information provided by your own staff. You have to understand this is not a huge deal to me but to disregard my concerns and question as me "continuing to talk shit" certainly makes me take pause to ever trust you with my business again. I hope this situation will be a learning process for you in the future so that you can continue to grow. We all want more reliable, trustworthy and quality domestic services for everyone to choose from. Quality competition is healthy for the market place and benefits the customers.

Are you open to small test orders from loyal members?  Of course only 1. Its just tough to buy 5 or 6 bottles and see that its not usable due to brewing techniques. I will send a Friend request.

Geez Subzero, I hope he works things out. His gear is smooth and dosed correctly IMO. Great labels, tops, crimps and clear as can be. I heard he was having probs. with his rep. We have seen this before. I still think he deserves a shot. Maybe it was his Rep.????  I would have no hesitation to put in an order because the rest of his presentation was on point.... Keep us informed...

This is good to hear from an experienced and respected member. I will remain patient. I am not concerned about NOT receiving what was paid for but I am concerned about the very slow turn-around times.

I killed shoulders today. I took off the weekend and rested. well needed. It sure as shit gave me more energy. Tore up Back and Bi's yesterday and killed shoulders today... Never underestimate rest.

Going with a little test order from Dutch. I have a few more weeks to this Prop and Provi cycle. I'm using top notch Prop right now, so i'll run his for the end and let you all know...

His site is easy to navigate and prices look fair.  Hoping it all works out...
